Tepper & Flynn, LLC ("T&F", "we", "us", or "our") respects the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains the type of personal information that we collect and how we, or designated third parties, collect, use, access, disclose, safeguard, store and otherwise process personal information of our users (i.e., any information that personally identifies you, such as your name and contact information), when you use our website located at tepperandflynn.com, together with any products and services offered through it (collectively, the "Website").

Our Feed Forward Learning Lab™ is offered through a separate website application (the "App"), which is not part of the Website. The App is hosted on Vercel, with application data stored via Supabase on AWS infrastructure. Use of the App, including any personal information you provide through it, is governed by the Feed Forward Learning Lab's own separate Privacy Policy, available at https://tflearninglab.com/privacy-policy, and not by this Privacy Policy.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge and agree (i) to the terms of our Privacy Policy and any other applicable agreement that may be provided together with the Website; and (ii) that we have your permission to collect and process your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. 1. What information do we collect and what do we do with it?

When you contact us, request a demo, sign up for updates, or otherwise interact with our Website, we collect the personal information you directly give us, such as:

• Personal Information that identifies you, such as your name, contact details including phone number, email address, postal address, telephone or fax number; area code only and zip code only;
• Audiovisual Materials, such as photographs or images that you upload to identify yourself or otherwise as part of your use of the Website;

2. How do you secure my information?

The security of your information is important to us. We, or our third-party service provider, practice industry standard security methods, including building defense in depth in our Website to address appropriate technical, administrative, electronic, and organizational safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized use, disclosure, and loss. Encryption technology, including current industry-standard encryption protocols, is used to protect personal information. We, or our third-party service provider, also use a variety of physical and infrastructure protection measures that comply with applicable regulations to protect and store your personal information. As a matter of security, we do not disclose the specific details regarding our security posture as this information could be used by criminals and other bad actors.

However, despite our efforts to secure your information, we cannot be responsible for the security of the information you transmit over networks that we do not control, including the Internet and wireless networks whether they are yours or others.

T&F is located in the United States, and as such, all personal information will be accessed by us and stored there, and will be transferred there should you live in another country. By using the Website, you consent to the transfer of your personal information to the United States, if applicable.

When you provide us with personal information through our Website — for example, by contacting us, requesting a demo, or signing up for updates — you imply that you consent to our collecting such information and using it for that specific purpose.

• Our Service Providers, such as our website hosting provider (Vercel), our contact form provider (Formspree), and our analytics provider (Google Analytics), who help us operate the Website, including processing, storage, and technical assistance, whereby we have entered into contracts with such service providers which include limitations on their use of certain of your information and only as necessary to provide the Website to you;
• Third Party Service Providers for Website Analytics, including automated technology to collect and analyze your information, including personal information to help us understand your use and optimize your customer experience (please see our section on Cookies and our separate Cookie Policy to learn more);

The period during which we store your personal information varies depending on the purpose for the processing:

• For the provision of our Website and products, for so long as you continue to use the Website.
• For marketing purposes, until you have opted out of receiving further direct marketing communications in accordance with applicable law.
• In all other cases, we will retain a copy of your personal information for as long as is needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or such retention period as required by law, following which time it may either be anonymized (where permitted by applicable law), deleted or destroyed.

• Within T&F's infrastructure, such as on our or our service provider's (e.g., Vercel) servers or cloud environment, where we may store your personal information, including but not limited to photos, videos, audio, email address, until you delete it, edit it, or for as long as you remain a customer or for such period for us to meet a business operational need, resolve disputes, mount a legal defense, enforce agreements, conduct audits and comply with laws. Further, you can request that we provide you with access, amend or delete your personal information on our servers in certain cases.

9. Use of cookies and other data collection tools

Cookies are small text files placed on a user's computer, smartphone or tablet and are commonly used to collect personal information. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. To enable our systems to recognize your browser or device and to provide and improve the Website, we use cookies and other data collection tools and similar technologies, such as pixels.
